Certain features or offerings may be subject to additional terms, including the Monetization & Billing Addendum, which are incorporated by reference when applicable.

2. Beta Service

koinonia is currently offered as a beta service. By accessing or using the Platform during this beta period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Pre-Release Status: The Platform is in active development. Features may be modified, added, removed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• No Guarantee of Availability or Performance: The Platform may experience interruptions, errors, delays, data loss, or reduced functionality. koinonia makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by koinonia without compensation or obligation to you.
• Limitation of Expectations: You understand that the beta version may not operate as intended and should not be relied upon for mission-critical, legal, financial, or business-essential purposes.
• Transition Out of Beta: koinonia reserves the right to transition the Platform out of beta, modify access levels, or require acceptance of updated terms as the service evolves.

3. Platform Purpose

koinonia provides a platform for discovering, reviewing, and engaging with businesses and communities. We do not create, endorse, or verify user-generated content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. User Content

Users may submit reviews, photos, and other content ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant koinonia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and use such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content.

7. Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Violates privacy or intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful or promotes illegal activity

koinonia may remove content at its discretion.

koinonia is a neutral platform and does not verify or endorse user opinions.
